Resep Roti Burger Lembut

Bun burger recipe is the first food recipe that uploaded by ForistiqFood for bread category. I got this recipe when I worked as baker at the hotel industry and that hotel kitchen departement are leaded by french chef.


In this recipe we will not use egg as the main ingredient. the egg will only used to polish the top of bun burger to make sesame seeds sticky on it and give better bread color.

The Ingredients To Make Soft Bun Burger;

·         Flour 1 Kg

·         Salt 20 gram

·         Dry Yeast 20 gram

·         Sugar 50 gram

·         Milk Powder 60 gram

·         Butter 50 gram

·         Bread Improver 10 gram (opsional)

·         Water 600 ml

·         Sesame Seeds

·         Egg 1 Pc

 

How To Make Soft Bun Burger;

  1.  Put flour, salt, dry yeast, sugar, milk powder, bread improver and butter into mixer and star to mix.
  2.  Add water slowly and mix until dough.
  3.  Put the dough on table and cover it using plastic wrap or wet napkin and then leave it for 10 minutes.
  4.  Take off the cover and cut the dough in small pieces (80 grams eache) and start to round the pieces of the dough likes golf ball.
  5.  Put the rounded dough on tray (do not forget to spread thiny butter on tray and sprinkle bit of flour on it to make the dough not sticky to the tray).
  6.  Leave the dough on tray for 15 minutes.
  7.  Mix the egg and spread it using pastry brush on top of the dough and put some sesame seeds on it.
  8.  Oven the dough at 180°cc for 15 minutes.
  9.  Take out from the oven and done.
